Our products are based on Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). During the application's operation, we need to collect your unique device identification (UDI) (device ID, IMEI/Android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, device MAC address, OAID, software list, IMSI) to provide statistical analysis services. We also use application launch data and error logs to analyze and improve performance and user experience, aiming to provide better services to users.

DramaGo is not intended for children under the age of 14. Children under 14 are not permitted to use our website, application, and/or services for any purpose. We do not knowingly collect or accept personal identity information or other content from users or visitors under the age of 14. If DramaGo discovers that a child under 14 has created an account or posted personal identity information or other content on the platform, DramaGo will terminate the account and delete the relevant information or content. When you use our website, application, and/or services, we collect various types of information, which may include Personal Data such as usernames and email addresses. When you register and Sign in, we collect and store your account information, including but not limited to your email address and account password. To help you complete the registration process, we also collect your nickname, avatar, gender, birthday, and personal preference tags. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of the platform and related services.
When you log in using a third-party account (Google, Apple, Facebook, TikTok), after binding and authorizing your third-party platform account, the third-party platform will synchronize some of your related information from that platform account with us, such as your nickname, avatar, gender, etc. (specifically depending on your authorization) and identity verification information.
We collect the above information to provide you with account login services and to ensure the security of your account, as well as to prevent security risks. If you refuse to authorize the above information, you will not be able to use the DramaGo platform account or third-party platform account to log in to this application platform, but it will not affect the other services we provide to you.
The above information you provide will continue to be authorized for our use during your use of the platform services. When you actively request to cancel your account, we will anonymize or delete your personal information as soon as possible in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
To offer you the most comprehensive core information display services and to recommend content and information that may interest you, we will collect the personal information you submit to the platform (including but not limited to your gender, date of birth, browsing history, subscription content, and click operation records). When you use features such as collection, sharing, and sending comments, the text, photos, and sharing records you send will be stored on our servers, as storage is necessary to implement these functions. We will store this information in an encrypted manner.
To ensure the secure operation of the software and services, we will collect your device model, application list (installed apps list), device name, device unique identifier, login IP address, product version number, and mobile network information. We may collect your device identifier, application list, IMEI, IDFA, MAC, and other information in silent/background mode to identify the user's identity.
If you do not agree to our collection of the aforementioned information, you may not be able to complete the risk control verification.
When you use the platform's search function, we will collect and analyze certain behavioral information (including but not limited to search commands, browsing history, access time, and interaction records). When you contact us or submit a request for after-sales service or dispute resolution, to ensure the security of your account and system, we may need you to provide necessary personal information to verify your user identity. In this case, our customer service and after-sales functions may use your account information and order details. To facilitate contact with you, help resolve your issues quickly, or document the resolution process and outcomes, we may retain your email correspondence and related content (including account information, order details, other information you provide to substantiate your claims, or contact details you provide). If you inquire, complain, or make suggestions about specific orders, we will use your account and order information.
To meet the reasonable needs of providing and improving service quality, we may also use other information you provide when contacting customer service.
We compile aggregated statistical data on the unique number of devices using our website, app, and/or services and detect and prevent fraud and abuse involving these devices.

DramaGo allows other companies (referred to as third-party ad servers or ad networks) to display advertisements within the DramaGo platform. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to directly deliver ads and links that appear on DramaGo to you. When an ad is delivered, they automatically receive your IP address. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or web beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize the ads you see.
DramaGo will not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party ad servers or ad networks without your consent, except as part of specific programs or features that you can choose to opt in or out of.
You should review the privacy policies of these third-party ad servers or ad networks to learn more about their practices and how to opt out of certain practices. DramaGo's privacy policy does not apply to such other advertisers or websites, and we do not have control over their activities.
